MD Notebook Cover - Clear - A7

I ordered this along with a 2027 a7 planner and mechanical pencil. I received notice from Yoseka that a shipping label was created and will be updated as soon as it’s shipped. Weeks later and lack of response from Yoseka all I’ve been told is that the package is lost and they are making an insurance claim. This is not my fault that the post office does not show that they ever received it. I ended up ordering everything from jet pens instead. I am an avid follower of Yoseka and have been ordering from them for years. I’m very surprised and frustrated by this process of theirs. It is really poor customer service. Not an expensive order, but I don’t understand them making me wait for their error and losing the package before it even left their warehouse. From now on, I will only order from Yoseka if all my other reliable vendors are out of stock or something that I’m looking for. Again, very disappointed!
